feedback

"I have generally been quite satisfied with the trouble-free service I have received. My primary complaint is the high rates they charge, both monthly and per-fax, which I consider to be very steep."

Actual user feedback from faxbeep.com

"Good, easy-to-use product but comparatively expensive and lots of spam. There is no compelling value proposition to choose efax over the competition. Same features; more expensive."

Actual user feedback from epinions.com

"eFax offers many useful features, however their unresponsive customer service prevents this product from placing any higher in our online fax service review."

Actual user feedback from toptenreviews.com

According to the general online opinion (where research is based on unbiased, non-vested comments & articles), customers generally considered eFax's to be more expensive in an internet faxing comparison with other online faxing services providers.

However the most negative customer feedback was reserved for eFax's customer support.  Users of the service found it particularly difficult contacting them when following up on issues such as billing, cancelling the service when no longer required or faxing over the internet.

 verdict

While eFax does appears to have a decent selection of Internet faxing features through its email to fax software, users were generally left frustrated by the non-responsiveness of customer support.
